the same thing happened to me.
I choose the surgery - they put you out and you dont know anything or feel any pain - you wake up a littl tender but all is over.
i would choose this again as didnt want to feel cramps or see blood clots, it would of just upset me.
but it is your choice, good luck, it is so upsetting .
