1st fertility appointment

Just hoping for a bit more advice from you lovely ladies.

We have our first appointment at the fertility clinic next week. Obviously I know how precious these appointments can be and I want to get the most out of it so I was hoping some of you would be willing to share your experiences of what to expect at this stage. Also any questions I should be asking. Don't to end up half way home then think of lots of things!!

For me they just asked a few questions, how long had we been trying, how often do we have sex, did we chart ovulation etc Then they referred me for an HSG and my husband had his sperm analysed. Good luck and all the best xx

Thanks for replying. They've given us a questionnaire to fill in about lifestyle etc. OH has already had sperm analysis and I'm waiting for a lap and dye through gynae as I've got an endometrial polyp they need to remove. I'm kinda preparing myself for 'wait until we know what they find after the lap and dye' but we'll see.
