13w+4 - twinges/cramps between belly button and pelvic bone

has anyone else had this? i've had it all morning, i dont know if its just baby growing/my uterus moving from my pelvis/baby kicking the living day lights out of me or what lol. its like a quick pain, it only lasts for a second or 2 at a time but it's been going all morning every few mins, especially when i was driving to work lol. Please tell me this is normal and i'm not going mental

Twibges and cramps are perfectly normal but I have noticed some odd pains while driving, so it could be something to do with driving?

thanks, its seems to have carried on all day, so i'm guessing its stretching baby needs more space lol
