1 year jab next mon what should i expect?

dreading this one although he has been fine with the others but isn't this one supposed to be the worst?

It's 3 jabs. My LO was fine that day but pretty out of sorts the next day - screamed when I tried to give him anything to eat and generally whingy (not teething i hasten to add) but then after a good nights sleep he was ok.
