I had my first sweep this morning, it wasn't as bad as I was worried it would be although I did hold my breath at one point but then in the time it took me to think ooh that wasn't very nice, it was all over!
Good news is midwife said it was a good sweep, cervix is nice and soft, babys head is well down too so should just be a matter of days...I'll be jumping at every niggle now then lol! If nothing happens over the weekend I've got another booked on Tuesday. Fingers crossed I don't need it!

yeah I thought the same, I was nervous but at hte same time I wanted one! And it really wasnt that bad, especially if you relax, I had my eyes shut throughout!!
