Sounds like everyone is doing well :) tigger I can send u some recipes if u like if ur finding the good bland I use loads of herbs and spices when I'm cooking which I find makes things taste so much more tasty. I had my weigh in tonight lost 1.5lbs :) so thats a total of 16lbs since following the plan which I'm Wally happy with only another 1stone 13lbs to lose to get to target really hoping I can another stone off by my birthday in January x
 
Hi ladies. Tigger I hate you! (Not actually of course) but very jealous of your loosing. After the first month my weight loss from breastfeeding just stalled, hence going back to ww!

Well lost another pound this week, yay! Fab cheat night, went to bed feeling sick! Haha. I'm now 2 pounds away from pre preg weight, and half a stone away from actual goal. I've lost 2stone 5pounds since the day after I have birth so very chuffed. Xxx

1lb off!! No idea how I did that?! I'm obviously paying a bit more attention to the plan than I give myself credit for.

Well done for your loss Vic :) it's amazing how quick it adds up even when your just doing small amounts each week. I'm up to 8lb now!! Do you have any recipes for good sauces?? For meal ideas, I'm trying to stick to meat, veg and potato a few times a week, but if prefer something a bit more exciting. Also, pasta dishes I find hard, and I LOVE pasta!! Any suggestions there??

Can I join In? I joined slimming world when max was 6 weeks and I've lost half a stone in 4 weeks! So I'm chuffed but not I seen to be stuck .. I got weighed yesterday and I stayed the same weight which I'm a bit gutted Bout. I'm back to pre pregnacy weight (a bit lighter actually!!) but I still want to loose another half a stone. Any one else on SW or just WW? Xx

Amy - me and Vic are both doing SW :) try not to be disheartened - staying the same is better than a gain ;-) are you eating lots of veg?? My consultant keeps telling us as long as your plate is 1/3 super free you should be fine xx
 
Ooh good thread :) I'm 4 weeks pp and have lost 1stone 9 pounds (including one 8.3lb baby, water ect) and want to loose another 1-2 stones... Thinking of doing insanity workout after my 6 week check... Has anyone done this... Seems like it may be a bit too intense for me as I have never excercised but used to be very active and on my feet all day at work.... Maybe ill start with some walking or something ... And try and eat healthy *puts down chocolate donuts*
 
I'm 20 weeks pp & have lost 25.8lb since 3 days after he was born, its good but I've still got 14lb to go & I've hit a plateau now of gain a lb, lose a lb, gain a lb.

Thinking of joining ww, but not sure if I'd stick to it! X
 
Stayed the same this week boooo...! I think I'm too close to goal now to not do exercise as well so I'll need to start ;-( I hate it though! Xxx
 
Stay the same is ok Claire at least its not a gain. I had to up my exercise and becoming more strict with fruit as I got closer to goal too though. I did eat uber loads of fruit. More importantly what was cheat night I love reading it! LOL
 
To those of u that do cheat night, how do u do it? Do u do an 'anything goes' policy or just give yourself a few treats you'd avoid the rest of the week?
 
Kat I have a double decker every cheat night and 2 packets of crisps. It is tracked mind you so not really a cheat!
 
Haha well I did debate whether I deserved one or not.. But decided I was gonna go for it Laura!

Kat, I go all out - everything I've fancied all week I have that night, I even buy stuff during the week and save it for cheat night. I don't get weighed until 7pm, so in reality I don't get to eat as much as I would like as I get soooo full and then it's bedtime!

Last night I had some really lovely fresh bread from the bakery, with humous and tzaiki (no idea how to spell them). Then I had half a big bar of galaxy caramel (not single bar, BIG bar), and some salted caramel shortbread bites, some maoam sweets, and some rice crispy chocolate things! Yum!!!!! Xxx ps- the bread and dips is usually something like macdonalds, I just happened to fancy that all week! Xxx
 
You have to have the treats I think even if you dont get the result as it eould make you miffed and go off plan!

1 and a half off for me tonight so back on the weight loss train. Filling and Healthy a distant memory! PP work for me so thats the plan Im going with!
 
Gained 0.5lb last night! Not surprised - I made a big booboo and thought the muller light mischievous chocolate yogurts were free... Try 5 syns each!!!!! So that, coupled with my usual naughtiness, equals slight gain.

I've made a decision this morning - I've got 5 more classes paid up until start of January, if I don't start losing "properly" (at least an average of 1.5lb, rather than the odd 1lb here, staying the same etc) I think I'm gonna switch back to WW, which is what I lost all my weight on before. The only downside to that is I'm not gonna be able to continue during next pregnancy :-/
 
I know i dont post on this thread much but i do keep up With u all mostly picking up tips from U all, thanks btw! I've started using MFP in the past couple of weeks and have already lost 3lb :yay: and this is with still eating sweets and chocolate and cheese and onion pie, just in controlled portions!

Ive realised in te past couple of weeks that my big issue is that I've not been eating enough, and I know I quite often forget to eat or skip meals, the worst bit is when I do have a chance to eat I then pig out on whatever's quick which is normally really bad for me!
