After the "I hate my body thread" I'm taking a stand!

There is no sense in me winging about my weight, size or wobbly bits if I'm not going to do anything about it!

I sit and eat rubbish all day long and it's makin me miserable!

NO MORE I SAY!

Who is with me?

I've dusted of myfitnesspal and I'm going to give it another good go, will maybe do 30 day shred and hope to go for "a walk a day"

I'm a bit behind you ladies, I reckon, with Cay only being 10 weeks... I'm still more worried about sorting him than sorting me, lol :)
I'm not really bothered about my extra stomach, to be honest. Once I'm back at work, I'm on my feet 10 hours a day running around a busy pub. That'll soon drop the weight off.

I hope... Lol :) xx
 
I am on MFP hun (I am sure I already have you as a friend) and I walk at least an hour a day.

Unfortunately I also eat too much cake!!! It stops today :lol: :lol:

I'm with you hun, like you I keep moaning and now I need to kick myself up the bum and get on with it! I ordered the 30 day shred DVD over the weekend and I've had weetabix for breakfast, it's a start :) xx
 
I'm with you Tweety! As you say, no point in being sad over wobbly bits and stretch marks. I'm a tiger who earned her damn stripes.

I'm on MFP, and it's been such a good way to stop me eating junk. Also just rented an exercise bike for 8weeks as the weather has been rubbish so it means when the wee man is in bed I can cycle away while watching corrie! Xx

Renting an exercise bike is a brilliant idea!!! We're just so short of space?

I'm on mfp top lost loads of weight on it before so gonna get back on it! I'm rilj if anyone wants to add me. I'm gonna get in my gym today and start getting healthy again!

Oh and I are starting slimming world after the Easter hols but in the mean time I'm getting back into my fitness, starting with a 2.5mile trek later to get M weighed, decided to walk instead of drive :)

I'm in too!! Still going to slimming world and have lost 12lb but got a long long way to go. Need to start running again when this weather picks up! In the meantime might have to get YouTube on. When my cold clears off that is!

I sue MFP to plan in advance what I am going to eat. It has a massive catalogue of foods so you just enter what you are going to eat and it works out the calories etc... It is so handy!!

I know a lot of people use it to log food after they have eaten it but I use it to plan in advance. If I enter something and it is pretty calorific then I just "swap" it for something else.

I lost 20lbs on MFP before we were TTC!

Yay to 30 day shred being on You Tube, I just need a sports bra and I may well give it a go. Tins of beans work instead of weights do they? I only have OH's weights but I guess he could take some off so I can use them?

I'm there with you tweety what a great thread to keep us motivated my bike and my DVD is out we've been food shopping so I have no excuses! X
 
Great idea. I have 1.5 stone to lose. I'm back into my running now, but I've never really lost much weight from that.

I've never done this MFP is it an app?
