Anyone who is craving chocolate or anything sweet should try these, they are absolutely delicious and soooo easy to make! I made a batch yesterday and between DH, me and having my folks over today the whole lot has gone now!
Mars bar crispy cakes
3 mars bars
3oz/75g of rice crispies
4 oz/100g of butter
4oz/100g milk chocolate (for topping)
Method
1) Melt 3oz of the butter in a saucepan then add the chopped mars bars and stir until fully melted.
2) When they have melted beat until smooth.
3) Add the rice crispies and mix thoroughly.
4) Press into a tin or fill individual fairy cake cases.
5) Melt the remaining 1oz of butter with the milk chocolate and spread on top of the cakes (don't overheat as mixture can split).
