yoghurt?

what yoghurt can i use?

i want to make some baby food myself now.

i know yoghurt has milk in it, but also seem to remember a reference to being able to give it as long as the milk is with something.

any thoughts?

According to my Lorraine Kelly (baby food) book you can give Riley yogurt and fromage frais at his age

christopher has been having yogurt since 6 months hun plus fromage frais he also loves the readymade custard pots by ambrosia and milkybar desserts i think from 6 months they can almost have anything

so something like organic plain yoghurt would be ok?

i want to mix some banana and things with it to make a desert

Yeah that should be fine, he'll love it. Libby has yoghurts & fromage frais, I tend to get whatever brand is on offer.

She loves the petit filous with fruit in the bottom

Think I might mix some fruit in one tomorrow now you've mentioned it

just thought,.,.,., what about the bactieria in the yoghurt? they have like good bacteria or something.


what can i give him?
