    what yoghurt can i use?

i want to make some baby food myself now.

i know yoghurt has milk in it, but also seem to remember a reference to being able to give it as long as the milk is with something.

    any thoughts?

According to my Lorraine Kelly (baby food) book you can give Riley yogurt and fromage frais at his age :)

    Hope that helps

Yeah that should be fine, he'll love it. Libby has yoghurts & fromage frais, I tend to get whatever brand is on offer.

She loves the petit filous with fruit in the bottom :D

Think I might mix some fruit in one tomorrow now you've mentioned it :D
