Yoga and aqua

Does anyone know where I can go for pregnancy yoga and/or aqua classes around the Staines/Feltham area?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Has anyone tried these type of classes, if so how did you find them?

I haven't tried yoga and don't have a clue where you can go, your GP or MW should have some ideas.

I used to do pilates before becomging PG and I am now toying with the idea of doing it again as it (and yoga) is meant to be brilliant in helping to aid the birth! xx

Not sure were your nearest is but its best asking your mideiwfe she shou;d be able to point you in the right direction I am starting Yoga classes soon I can't wait, it helps tone your body and prepare it for birth
