Feeling a bit worried
I took on a 2nd job this weekend just to get a bit extra money saved for bubba - its nothing strenuous, its showing people their photos at a horseriding event, taking their orders and handing them out when done, but on my feet all day.

I worked both days from 9 - drove an hour there, worked till 7pm then an hour drive back, meaning i was shattered both evenings - think i overdid it really and probably should be looking after myself now rather than starting a new job - am i silly ?

Anyway, thats not the problem - on Saturday i only felt bubba in the evening when i got home, but yesterday i felt nothing from him all day (apart from a couple of feelings that felt like wind brewing  )
Felt nothing last night at all (when he's usually at his most active) and still nothing this morning - usually when he's facing inwards i can feel him just not outwardly, but ive not really felt him at all for over 24 hours now

Will be ringing MW this afternoon if still nothing but have any of you experienced this before ?
I'm so worried ive hurt him by doing too much ?

Sorry if i sound silly

I get this loads! Usually when Bubs is in a funny position or when Im on the go all day at work.
Its really worrying I understand hun, ring MW if youre panicking..I usually think about it then feel a little kick

Plus my OH has been away for two months..and now hes back he says the bubs is going mad in there at night..and he doesnt understand how it doesnt wake me up, so maybe you LO was active in the night..

You may just have a lazy LO like me!!

aw hun, sorry to hear about this. I can understand how worried you might be. Maybe you haven't felt him because you were so busy yesterday you simply didn't notice his movements? I would definately check with your midwife though, just to put your mind at rest.

how strange - i'm sure he is a psychic ! Just was speaking to my boss when she asked how me and baby were and he booted me - thanks god for that - its so worrying isnt it :D

Oh thank goodness!! Little monkeys always worrying us hey  !? heehee

Awww glad your little man gave you a good kick :D It is worrying when you don't feel them for a while. I guess they just have their lazy days

Glad he just booted you  it is very scary when this happens i had it a couple of times and had to see MW to check everything ok.

If it happens again and your worryied i always found a nice cold lolly or cold drink helped and MW also told me to balance a cold glass of water on my belly and the baby will try and kick it.. wierd but true!

Glad your ok now though xx

thanks girls - well he hasnt stopped all day so must be making up for lost time, and he currently has hiccups
I dont care how uncomfortable it can be when he's kicking, i love it :D

little blighters at times aren't they? i was a total misery all sunday because i wasn't feeling any movement and kept saying so to my OH who kept saying "It's fine, he/she's just having a lazy day!"

I had also overdone it for a few days previous, perhaps bubs was just knackered too?!!

Like the tip about the cold water on tummy though - one to try next time i get a 'lazy' day!
