Worried about Conceive plus

Hiya so we tried for 10cycles and no luck the 11th cycle I used conceive plus and got pregnant but miscarried. Do you think conceive plus caused the miscarriage in some way? For example it made one of the bad swimmers swim to the egg even though it’s not healthy? Should I use it again ? Is there any experiences with it?

I don’t have the ‘answer’ but seeing this has made me think each time I’ve got pregnant I’ve used conceive plus and each time I’ve miscarried so maybe there is some correlation in this but who knows sorry I’m no help

I didn't use Conceive Plus the month we got pregnant and I miscarried. There's no way of knowing. You could stop it and do things to improve EWCM instead.

I do get quite a lot of cm but I just wanted to just try it. Any experiences with preseed? I conceived my daughter with preseed 6years ago but didn’t work this time

I was using Conceive Plus and the only month I got pregnant I had stopped. I wonder if your CM is already good if using a lubricant makes it harder to conceive. Too much stuff for the chaps to swim through. Also nothing is better than natural EWCM in my opinion.

I used conceive plus about 5 years ago and I also miscarried we lived in Cyprus then and I put it down to stress but I’ve been stressed in my two recent pregnancies and not had a MC so I don’t know but I stopped taking it because I didn’t want to take it anymore xxx

I personally don’t believe there’s evidence for causation with fertilty lubricants. This is only based on my experience though. My first pg was no lube and ended in MC. 2nd is now 3 years old and I used preseed, 3rd was a MMC and I used preseed, 4th I used it and have a healthy 7m old.

In any known pg there is 1 in 4 chance of mc which can be caused by lots of variables. I think it’s just bad luck rather than lube. But saying that, if you don’t have an issue with EWCM, then maybe don’t use it to give yourself peace of mind. Fx you get your rainbow baby soon x

In all honesty I doubt it was to blame. It’s a terribly sad fact of life that many women miscarry, for one reason or another. X

Hiya you made me feel a little better about conceive plus like you said maybe it wasn’t down to that. If I am brave enough I might try it next month

I don't think it's to blame either. The conceive plus can't force dodgy sperm to fertilise an egg. It'll help the overall environment in your body to be sperm friendly, but that's as far as it'll go. As sad as it is, miscarriages are very very common and usually not related to any external factors, it's just down to bad luck. x
