Wierd clicking noise?

Right call me Miss Drama queen for asking this question lol
But I was just on the floor with my son playing catch so was sat kneeling, and quickly bent over on all 4's to get a ball and felt a big clicking sound and a really sharp pain under my boob/rib area.

Could I of hurt one of babys limbs from moving so fast so i caught one of them or something??

Maybe baby has shifted into a better position and she's kicked you in the ribs!
She's so cushioned by fluid it's unlikely you've done her any damage hun.

My bump used to click all the time! I asked my mw about it and she said no one really knows what it is but it's quite common! I used to think it was Charleys bones clicking!!
