That when you’re waiting for AF to arrive, she takes a lifetime.

I want to start keeping my track of my cycle, as my husband is having his vasectomy reversal in about 8 weeks and I’ve got no clue how long my cycle is or when I’m likely to ovulate etc.

I’m going to try to not be obsessive over it as I know that can cause problems in itself, but I do want to attempt to keep track :)

It's ridiculous isn't it.

Although maybe she does take a while sometimes usually but you don't notice because you aren't keeping as close an eye on it. I have had two longer cycles (much longer) than usual since taking note of them/trying. I'm glad I had the first one though as it's meant when it happened this time around I have been aware of it before AF turned up late. I think if I hadn't had a longer cycle then I wouldn't have realised this one was later either and would have convinced myself I was pregnant when AF doesn't arrive next weekend.

Our bodies can be so cruel when we need them on our side the most! Hopefully it shows up soon, will still give you plenty of check to figure out your cycle by the summer. x

She’s here :) and I’ve got the start date of my cycle at last
