well last nite gave alfie a feed at 3 and put him back down at 3.20 and went to sleep at 4am the angelcare alarm went off i jumped up thinking oh was holdig him and forgot to monitor on hold but he wasnt i darted out of bed put light on, put my hand on chest and alarm stopped, and alfie looked completelly fine and breathing etc!! i finally got back in bed, and after 10 mins it just beeped once but no alarm got up again and he was fine and it neve happened again

it was the most scariest nite off my life so far, it felt like my worst fears were coming true but my little man is fine just cant help but wonder why it went off xxxx

Did it fully go off the first time or just the one beep? X

Ours did this the other night! I was looking at ralph and he was fine and it fully went off then it did it again half hour later!! X

We've been using ours for nearly 11 weeks and for the first time ours did this the other night for absolutely no reason - poor Evie had the shock of her life when we snatched her up out of bed to check she was breathing!! I can only say check all your settings ie. the sensitivity etc other than that both OH and I agreed we'd rather have a false alarm than no alarm!

Sometimes Hannah arches her back and it must lose contact or something x

Since ruby has been in her cot it's gone off a few times mainly as she wiggles loads through the night and ends up at the opposite end of her cot so she isn't laying in the mat iykwim xxx

I have the TT monitor, and it went off when Oz was younger. OMG never shit my pants so much in my life, never moved so fast either. He was fine, but probably scared how I grabbed him out the cot and checked him over like a mad woman. I put a thread up about it at the time and it seems really common for them to go off randomly!!!
