of new mums .....it really annoys me its hard enough as it is becoming a first time parent as everthing is new to you and you now have this amazing little person to look after. we dont need people criticizing how we bring our children up.

it annoys me when women are criticized for bottel feeding , i have even been called lazy by some one for bottle feeding my LO and it annoys me even more when women who breastfeed get stick. What is wrong with people.
It annoys me when you see babies crying in shops when there in there prams and people come over ...asking does she need feeding, does she need changing , has she got wind and you can hear them as they walk off that baby has something wrong with it .... NO she hasnt shes just crying its what babies to sometimes . Do people not understand babies do just cry.

why cant people just keep there opinions to themselves .... i just think people need to be more supportive of new mums. i love that on this forum everyone is supportive and encourages mums with there parenting decisions.
I think every single mum on her is doing an amazing job and they should be proud of themselves being a mummy is hard work and tbh was a huge shock for me.

Here bloody here!!! Years a go you never would've had the 'competitiveness' you find with some mums!!

I feel bad, like I look terrible when Tyler's crying in his buggy mainly after his jabs to be fair but I've still had looks!

Well said. U get stock for ff and u get stick got bf. u can't bloody win!

Thank God someone said this. You're so right, people, generally, are judgemental *******s! Like when they go up oh does she need feeding/changing/cuddling etc, we know our own children ffs and if they did need anything we would give it to them! It does get to me occasionally but mostly I just let it go over my head xx

I had a teenager comment whilst Harlow was in hospital in hysterics.. He said to his mum " I wish that baby would shut up!"

How I didn't go over and drop kick him I will never know!

Dont think he was being judgemental but still.. If he thinks it's easy to stop a baby from crying then he's going to have a darn good wake up call when he has kids himself! Grrr it made me do angry! X

I can't believe that Louise, I don't know how you didn't say something. I wouldn't of been able to do that.

As of yet I haven't had anything said to me. I'm FF and I'm sure if someone does say something I will love to tell them all about how my boobs don't work, and all the trouble I had. Give them a shock.

I'm lucky I've lost all my baby weight and back in my clothes, but these comments are the worst it has got when people have said least you didn't let yourself get fat, and you have done well to lose it. I don't make comments on their body, don't about mine. Also I was very lucky but what would they say if my body had put weight on and I couldn't lose it.

I so agree im embaressed to ff lo in public because people are so judgmental and im sick of bring told how much weight iv lost, yes I got huge when pregnant I had a lot of water retention everywhere. I know they are trying to be nice but pointing out my body weight doesnt make me feel good.
Sorry rant over lol

I got this. I had a woman in mothercare ask me how old LO was and when I replied with 3 days old she turned round and said oh that's why you look 5 months pregnant. Just what I needed during my hormonal stage, someone pointing out my jelly belly!!

God this made me angry! I'd have looked at his mother and said...I wish THAT child would shut up! Pointing at her child!!! But I tend not to be able to help myself lol!
