can someone teach me all this 'cycle' stuff? What's DPO? Days that are best to fall pregnant, days to test etc??
I have often meandered into the ttc section and it's like I'm in another world! Where do you start?

I have no idea of my cycle, don't even write down when I have a period etc, so would like to learn what I need to be monitoring!

Dpo is days past/post ovulation.
You need some ovulation prediction kits(opk's) to know when you are ovulating. You also need to track your periods to know your cycle length x

First place to start is just observation. Note the first day of your period (there are apps for that, or use a notebook or diary) CD1 (cycle day 1, I think). Then note the days when the cm appears/changes in consistency etc. You need to know how long your cycle is in days, then you can start using OPKs, ovulation predictor kits (the kits give you advice on when to start monitoring) these tell you when you are ovulating and therefore the best times to BD. They are like HPTs, as in you just POAS and a smiley face tells you to get on with it! I found them much cheaper on the internet. As I said, just start with cycle length and knowing whether you are regular or not!
Good luck :)
