Hi Ladies and any guys of women trying of course!!
I have just come off Cerazette with the view to start trying early next yr!
Basically I have come off as I have been on the pill so long I want to get to know my body again and count my cycle length and check when I ovulate.
I have seen these ovulation kits but they have one test in and I am unsure as to how they work.
How can I start monitoring my ovulation days etc?
