Which is best?

What is actually best? Sex every day or sex every other day? Me and my partner have tried it both and nothing yet, what do you guys do? Xx

We did it everyday in the fertile week! The day of ovulation we did it in the morning and in the evening. It's a bit overkill but it worked! I think every other day should work too, the sperm can survive from 2 to 5 days in your uterus. Sometimes even up to a week! Fx Holli!!

I just read in another post that you use baby oil and spit. It could be bad for the spermies! Maybe it's not that you're doing it too little or too much but that you might have to try a sperm-friendly lubricant!

Thanks Kitana, read so many different things on google some say every day and some say 2-3 times a week I think it drives us all mad reading everything on there xx

I've seen quite a few specialists regarding fertility and not one of them have recommended every day. They've all said 2-3 days at most as sperm can live for days in the right conditions and sperm needs to regenerate. Saying that, the last time I got pregnant we had sex 6 times in a week, twice on ov day. The time before that we had sex 3 times my whole fetile week. So I've no idea lol! We do whatever we feel like at the time xx

My fertility doc said every other day works for most people. I also read that saliva is only a problem if the sperm count is low and it's fine for most people. Good luck!
