My lo is 19 weeks old and he sleeps in our double bed with me in his swaddle up. He's reaching the limit on his swaddle up but he goes to feeding every hour in his sleep suit - but is just reaching the end of the fourth leap.

What do all you co sleepers use? When did you stop co sleeping?

Can't help as we co-sleep too (baby is coming up to 20 weeks but we don't use a swaddle - just cellular blankets)

We are going to move cot bed into our room but take one side off and have it against the bed, so baby is in her own space so to speak but its still easy enough for me to feed her. I'm hoping that she gradually sleeps more and feeds less at night and she'll be used to her cot bed by then.

Have you thought about sleeping bags? My older child was in them until he was over 18m but this baby doesn't like them!!

We use a sleeping bag, have done from around 3 months old ish. He's a terrible blanket kicker so as the weather got colder we needed something that would stay on him. We side-slept (cot right up against the bed) up until about 8 months old.

Never tried the sleeping bags but guess its too hot for those now? The swaddle up is very breathable. Could try cellular blankets, we used yo use those but I am rubbish at swaddling and he's generally wriggled free before I've finished. He also likes sleeping on his side, is this doable with a cellular blanket swaddle?

You can get 1 tog bags for the warmer weather :)

I don't think swaddling is recommended after 4 months but I'm not 100% sure on that.
