When to cut out a bottle?

Harry is having 3 meals a day and 4 bottles of milk, 3 5oz and 1 7oz. We are finding at his lunchtime and dinner bottles he will only drink between 2-3oz. When shall I cut a bottle out and replace it with a drink of water?

Are you giving him water in a beaker with his meals? If not I would do that first. Ellie has completely dropped her mid morning bottle / breast (it is bottle when she is at nursery, breast when with me). She had been dropping down to only taking a couple of ounces, then one day flat refused it. Then completely refused the breast from me at that time.
