when shall i

start preparing of baby,
like packing bags and stuff
i have thes things to do

- pack bags, for me and baby for hospital
- sort out baby stuff in room( i have like a baby changing unit with all thes diff compartments that i can put stuff in)
-wash baby clothes ready.

i am only 32 weeks and i dunno if its cos im getting impatient or i just want everything done,
when do you think i should start doing these things?
i now too soon???


help me.. its really getting to me ( sorry if that sounds stupid)

you think? i dont want to like look like im doing it all to early, someone came round the other night said i was doing things to early and it worried m alot, i dunno why//

eurgh theres so much like around me atm, its stupid,
ive got all this baby stuff to start doing, and mums redoing the house decorating, luckily my room has been done and its nice i just have all this stuff in my room, the changing unit and car seat,baby bath, and i dont even have any space for the clothes yet, which means i will have to go out and get another chest of drawers most probably for his clothes,
ive got to start washing all hisd cloths, my mum says that she wants al the decorating done by like august, which isnt going to happen. and i have to help with that aswell,
she said after the decorating we can wash the clothes and stuff, but that then means im putting that job off till later, but maybe its good cos lik i will have something to do in a few weeks oh i dunno. just meh today.

Do it when you get to about 36 weeks babes, cos then you are giving yourself a good month being prepared.
Saying that i packed my babys bag around then but havent packed my own yet, I think being a second time mum im more relaxed for some reason.

i would say do it now while you have hte energy to shop and pack.
it gives you time to get what you need and check it again at about 36 weeks to double check .

ive just loaded up the baby changing unit thing with all the soaps and nappies that we have, and now im about to pack my bag and put some things in babies bag
its weird i have my car seat out already, and like, in 8 weeks maybe less theres going to be a baby in there :O

i cant say im scared, but im extremly excited,
i mean in a couple of weeks ill probably be scared,
but i just cant wait for my little boy to be here ive been waiting long enough and been through alot of things so i think that it would be nice if the time would go quickly..

if you can help with that?!?!

'Fraid i can't flower, the scary bit does come though, i've got a wee bit over 2 weeks left and am kakking it now
We do have mostly everything ready now so it is just waiting for him to come too

i agree with budge do it now hun while you feel like you can. i am waiting for maternity grant so i can buy clothes and nursery furniture and every week that goes by i get more and more tired and especially now its summer holidays i have got to find time to do it and look after a 4yr old. its not too ealry at all!

i can see there probably will be a time when i become scared, i just dont feel it now, the only thing i am worried about is that things arent going to be sorted by the time my little fella gets here, i bet you are well excited though cos its not that long now!!

and yeah i am trying to do alot of it now,
tomorrow i am meeting up with my birthing partner, and then sunday i have the whole day free so i can get some more stuff done

not only that i feel like i have to do it on my own to get the satisfaction out of it,
i dont want like my mum helping cos i feel like its my job.

i am aswell getting more tired every week, today i have been well bad, tired all day, napped twice already today lol..
still tired, its weird though becasue i seem to sleep better when i nap than when i try and sleep at night. =/ lol.

I'm so the same, a hours nap in the afternoon feels soooo much better than 3 hours at night strange isnt it

I find i wake up early usually about 5 and then start to feel tired about 11 12ish and sleep till 1.30 2 and then feel much better, but even if i've been mad busy all day and been up early i still wont fall alseep before 1am

I'm all ready!
But thats coz my LO is threatening early arrival, so I'm all prepared! But you never know whats going to happen, and I'd hate not to be ready.
At least I can relax about all the material things now, coz they are washed and sorted, I've just got baby to worry about!
