when did u go to a cot?

Ollie was just 2 weeks old when he went into his cotbed. He looked tiny in it and i was really worried. Turns out he sleeps so much better in it than his moses basket. he likes to spread out when he sleeps (the cotbed is in our room by the way).

Caitlyns arms used to dangl outta the side of her swinging crib. She always slept well. She went into her cot in her room, just before she was 7 months old.

Riley went into his cot just before 5 months, as he was starting to roll over, and the crib wasnt robust enough to withstand his movements

Rosie was in hers until over 6 months and Ruby is still in it now although I plan to move her very soon so she can stretch out more. Both were tiny babies though - Ruby is only 13 lbs 4 now. Daisy I moved out at 4 months as she was bigger.

We put Callum in his moses basket in his cot from 5 weeks. I couldn't cope hearing snoring in stereo!
He settled in his room really quickly, he finally went into his cot at 3 months. I was really frightened that he would start waking up again through the night, but in the end i forced myself to do it and realized I was worrying about nothing.

We had a moses basket for a few weeks and then moved them as they seemed tp prefer the space.

Just wondering, once you put them in their cot, did that mean they were in their own room?

Molly seems to be really disturbed by us when we go to bed and wakes a lot. When we were in FIL's at the weekend, she was in her travel cot in another room and didn't stir from being put down at 9 to getting up for a feed at half 5 and again she slept ater her feed straight through till ten ish. When we're at home and she's in the moses basket she stirs every hour or so.

I kind of think she's too young for her own room but not so sure now <--- I love this smilie by the way!
