What's your colour theme this year?

Last year I had purple and silver but I know I'm not going to do the same this year.. Might do the "traditional" colours with reds, golds etc, a nice garland around the fireplace

The same every year

Gold in my living room (tall green tree)
Gold in my dining room (green tree)
Red in my hall (tiny 3ft green tree with red, gold, tarten and snowmen lights )

If I redecorate or move and change my living room colours to black, grey, silver then I'll maybe go for a white/black tree with silver decoration

Mine is brown cream and gold, i love decorating my tree hubbie isnt allowed to touch it!!

I'm going for the same as last year! Nothing on the tree except salt dough decorations and gingerbread ones! I loved it last year and it smelt so nice! Although now I'm going to have a fireplace and windowsill I'm sure there'll be more

Ours is a green tree with red & gold decorations plus lots of wooden old fashioned decorations as well, looks lovely

Well the last couple of years has been brown, cream and gold because it matched our colour scheme of the apartment. Now we've moved house into a cottage I want to change the scheme (hubby will kill me) to traditional red and gold, fireplace garland and might even try and convince hubby that a real tree would be awesome (no chance in hell)

This year we are going back to what we remember as children....lots of colourfull bulbs in the living room tree, fire surrounds etc etc etc! There will be Matildas first xmas bauble too and me david and kate always buy a new tree ornamment each so we will have 4 more this year with Matilda being here!

Conservetary tree will be Silver and and greeny/blue accessories and baubles!

Dining Room is going to be Gold and Lime Green this year to match the tableware and place settings!

Passage and up the stairs will be a mix of coloured lights and ribbon and the tree on the first floor is a fibre optic thing so changes colour....YES IM ADDICTED TO CHRISTMAS and have loads of trees around the house!

Anything and everything! Im having pretty much everything on my tree home made so its a mix of colours really. Probably alot of browns, reds and greens though and Im treating us to a real tree this year as its our first christmas on our own. Im having decorations around the hall as well and a homemade wreath too. Eeee, it's going to be exciting!!! 1st of December the decs are going up!

My mums tree is amazing, all of the things collected from over the years, she still has a bauble from my first Christmas, and puts it on the same place as she did all those years ago, she used to take the basket off the stand and lie me under the tree and I used to lie in a daze watching the ball spin xx

Mine was red and black last year to match my kitchen but this year I fancy it bright. Im not very good with all the singing santas and things :/ I like modern my poor kids I have a garland for my fair black and sliver with hanging high heels, handbags and feathers haha, I do let them pick something every year snow glob etc but they put them in there room poor buggers xxxxx

Ahhh thats fab that your mam still has all your baubles.... So far me, david and Kate have always chosen or made a new tree decoration every year and so Matila will be doing that too although this year will be her first christmas bauble that gets put on the tree...ahhh isnt it exciting xxx

Ours is red and gold too, we have one of those prelit trees with white lights so I don't have to untangle fairy lights every year! Can't wait to put the tree up, love the Christmas season! x x

I don't have tinsel though. I have loads of baubles and last year I thought it looked perfect without tinsel so didn't bother. I love my baubles, can't wait to whack em out. x x
