when i was 11 my uncle told me i was really 12 and that my mum and dad forgot one of my birthdays when i was little and they feel guilty about it so dont mention it :oops:

i was so chuffed i was older but upset they forgot :oops:

I remember when my brother told all his mates that my name was really Dave. He made up a story about how my mum and dad wanted a boy so they called me dave anyway. They believed it for ages :rotfl:
 
This thread is hilarious!!!!! Im crying with laughter.

I believed for years that the moon was made of cheese.

And my dad always told me that if I picked my nose my head would cave in and I was so scared of picking my nose after that!!
 
I used to think that spillt oil (you know how it was multicoloured on wet roads) well i used to think that this was dead rainbows, and seemingly got really upset everytime i saw it thinking a rainbow had died! :oops:

I used to believe that fairies lived in the big oak tree in the woods at the bottom of my mam's garden. One day I wrote them a note asking them to come and visit me at a certain time the next day, and I left it by the tree. The next day I waited for hours for the fairies to come and they never did :(
 
My dad told me i had MADE IN TAIWAN written on my back, you know like the dolls used to have, apperently i spent ages trying to look :oops:

Yep they can, but i am strating to be the same with Emily.
On the way back from somewhere we pointed out a Police horse to her and she asked how i knew it was a police horse, I told her that everyso often a horse is born with Police written in its hair on the side and thats what they must be wjen they grow up :rotfl:
