Sometimes we plan ahead and sometimes we don't. Because there's so many of us in the house normally we do a massive shop every few weeks and then mini top-up shops the rest of the time. Like today we picked up a cabbage, some coffee and OH treated us to pudding (with my money *sigh*).

We've started keeping a list of what foods we have in and what things we can cook based on what we have. It's really good and a lot less stressful when you get in from work and suddenly have to put *something* together without really knowing what you can have.

^^ that's what we do and every now and then I go oh I don't fancy such an forth tonight let's change and I see what else is available lol xx

Your Saturday meal sounds fantastic. Well, it all does but I can't eat meat so Saturday appeals to me most. :)

We're the same, we make perfect plans and then change them at the last minute. The one thing that won't change is Thursday's tea. Chinese! Because it's Chinese!

It's our one little treat and it's been about a month since our last one. :)

I NEVER plan, doh!! I've jus had me dinner which was quinoa (bit like porridge) with apple thru it and some cinamon and honey.
Thought I better have some slow release food for tonight's sesh-on!! ;-)

Im looking forward to tonights dinner we are having chicken breasts in a garlic sauce wrapped in puff pastry, new pots and cauliflower cheese.
