Hi,
This is going to be complicated, so thanks for reading.

I came off the pill on October the 14th, didn't have a real period, just one day of slight bleeding.

Had a very strange feeling on October the 31st and it stayed for a week, it was a bit uncomfortable, a bit like cramps and sometimes a sharp pain in the abdomen. I though I was getting a period or an egg was implanting, on November the 3rd had a pinkish discharge followed by a clearish thick substance.

Was completely convinced I was pregnant, but have done 3 tests and they have all been negative.

My nipples are sensitive, have felt very tired, not enjoying food very much and sleeping badly. Keep dreaming about the two lines on the test!

Just to complicate matters further, I began the pill in an emergency (my IUD was moving) and so the cycle did not match my normal cycle, so i don't really know when should my period be due. Following the pill cycle it should have been this week.

I've never been late and never missed a period in my life.

How long should i wait to go to the doctor? should i do another test in a few days?
Thanks!

My initial thoughts are that the sensations you felt may have been ovulation rather than implantation. If you have been on the pill, you may think you are having regular period but dont forget they are actually just withdrawl bleeds from the break in the homones, assuming you are on a combined pill.

That said it is also entirely possible that you are pregnant. When was the last time you tested?

I was also going to suggest that it might have been ovulation, and if it was you might have tested too early - have you taken one in the last couple of days?

I tested on Friday morning (yesterday). It might have been ovulation, definitely, if it was, then I should have period any time now. Will have to wait and see...
Thanks!

Good luck to you :)

perhaps wait a few days and test, and perhaps if still negative maybe go along to your doc's and request a blood test.
welcome and lots of luck :flower:
