my diet isn't great, and i haven't made any changes as of yet apart from stopped caffeine, alcohol, salt.
i read somewhere that your body will only use the vitamins it needs and will flush out the excess so i think i will keep taking them if they aren't doing any harm, they also have the correct amount of folic acid.
any other tips of nice easy changes i can make? i've found that i go to make something and it just doesn't taste the same
i really haven't had a meal which i've REALLY enjoyed the last couple of weeks
