What to wear for birth?

Just make sure it's light because labour suites & wards tend to be incredibly hot. That said...I didn't wear the shirt I brought and gave birth in the clothes that I arrived in. Whoops.

I bought a cheap nightie from primark dressing gown etc got changed into it and then threw up on myself so ended up naked being cleaned up by nurses and then into a hospital gown .. labour is sooo not glamorous and you honestly won't care if you're naked with the whole hospital looking at you ahha

I wore a black vest top, not what I'd planned to wear but there was no time to change lol so I'll probably do the same again and will bring a tankini with me too just incase water is an option
