Was just wondering.....
Aimee goes down at 7.30ish and used to wake at 7-7.15am but now wakes at 6am. It feels really early & I want her to go to 7am again but dont know how to do it....
Is 6am the norm or is it too early??

Aimee goes to bed between 8 and 9 pm and wakes up between 5.30 and 7.30. Usually the earlier one though! Think 6 am is quite normal but would love it to be later as its usually the weekend she gets up at 5.30, like this morning. Lol

Coby goes to bed between 7.30 and 8.

he will wake up about 5.30

Bedtime at 7am

Wake time 6.30am - 7.30am

Layla for you poor thing with the 5.30am - that happens once in a blue moon to me and I feel a wreck!

Down between 7-7.30, up between 5-7am. If she's up before 7 then I normally bring her in bed with me for a feed and a snooze!!

Forgot to mention, today she gave Daddy a Fathers Day lie in and didn't get up til 8.30, that's my girl!!

matthew goes down between 7.30/8.00, then maybe wakes in the night for a bottle other times doesnt if he doesnt he normally wants one at 6 but then goes back to sleep until at least 7.30, although on friday he slept in until 10!!!!

I put Rebecca down at 9.30ish (I go up with her due 2 work) then she wakes at 6ish, thats usually after waking up 40 times a night tho.

well, I feel I am doing something wrong, coz Maheen goes to sleep much later than you all!!!! she goes between 22:00 and 22:10pm and wakes up between 08:00 and 09:30.

we did it like this when she was born, so that my husband could see her when he would come back to work, or when he would leave for work in the morning (she used to wake up at 05:30 - feeding every 4 hours!)

should I try to bring the time early?

Mel xx

7.30pm until 4.30/5am - it's an improvement on the 3.30/4am we used to have

Dior goes to bed between 7pm-8pm ans wakes up between 8.30am-10.30am

melhoney if it suits maheen dont change anything !!! and Dior you  lazy little monkey 10.30!!!

Rubie goes to bed at 8pm and gets up at 5am

Then she usually goes back to sleep at about 6:30 til 8:30 :D

Jamie goes to bed usually at 6.30-7 and sleeps until 7-7.30 ish. although he has been waking up earlier lately due to the light mornings!

braydon goes at 10 and is up at 7.15 normally but can be up between 1-4 times during then

Zara goes to bed 6.30/7.30pm and wakes up 6.30/7.30am.
She wakes up twice in the night for feeds (very quick and straight back to sleep).
In the mornings she can only stay up until 8.30am and then she goes back to bed for 2 hours so no real hardship there.

Charlie usually goes down after his last feed, anything from 9.30-11pm and usually sleeps till 4.30/5.30ish, has a feed then back down till about 10am
Once or sometimes twice a week he wakes for 2 feeds in the night around 2.30am and then at 6.30...bang on 4 hours.

James goes to bed about 9pm and wakes again at 2am and then 6am and then we get up. He used to sleep from 9pm through until 6am but he obviously has things to do during the day and can't waste time sleeping! tiring but then, he'll sleep through when he's ready.

(he's 5 months and 3 days old)
