WHAT IS THIS TERRIBLE PAIN :(

Had rly bad sharp period pains down below last night from 1am and they continued on and off until 6am..iv had no sleep im absoloutly nackerd. i didnt do anything about them as ive experienced them before, but they have never lasted that long any ideas on what they could be? iv ehad them again today but they are bearable.
i took paracetemal, they didnt go away, also i walked about they didnt go away. now theyr obv not labour pains otherwise i would be in terrible agony by now lol x

iv been having them pains for about 6weeks now. my mw said itspractise contractions and it doesnt mean labour is gonna start right away.

Could be labour starting but dont get your hopes up! it can just as easily turn its self off again. i hope it is though, as i see you are full term almost.

Hi,

It sounds very much like what I have been having all day today, on and off.

Hoping it might be things gearing up to labour (don't want to get my hopes up too much though).

This afternoon/evening the pains have really been more like contractions, but no pattern at all, and they last far too long.

Hope that it means our babies won't be long in coming now.

Ive has this the past 2 or 3 days.
I just gto back home from walking back form baby group and was in agony had to keep stopping
