What is this pain?

Don't know if you will be able to help ladies...
I've just been to toilet, and as I got up I felt like the side of my leg had locked, something felt like i'd clicked out of place and it was really sore. Had to stay stiff and just sit on the bed until it went.
The pain was like behind my right arse cheek nearer to the side.
Don't know if this relates but i've had mild shooting pains down my right thigh on and off since BFP xx

I was thinking sciatica. I had a problem with lower back pain on my right side in the first trimester and this could go into the hip and down the leg.

Yup I would get it checked just in case. Does sound like sciatica. It's prob bubs lay on a nerve and hopefully will move.
