well good news 90% of the rash is goen and she has no bumps in her mouth this morning im so happy .

Looks like an allergic reaction, maybe to the chemicals in the pool?

that looks like hives to me, sometimes called urticaria. baby piriton will clear it off in no time and get you both a good nights sleep.
