today is my 27th day of cycle n on 23rd day I had v lil brownish discharge for few hours n after that there was nothing now I am having just severe backache,tingling cramps n on n off cramps in uterus...but I am so much confused what is it really...

have you tested? could be implantation bleeding? do you know when you ovulated?

I havent tested yet...ovulated round about 14-15 day of my cycle
