Can someone describe this to me?
Cos for a couple of days, mainly in the evening, I get a feeling in my stomach like it's churning and I can feel it go up my chest and my throat and it makes me feel like I'm about to throw up or that I need to throw up. No idea what it is, probably just gas lol but just wanted to check cos I'm not sure what heartburn is defined as.

) but nothing came up and I just felt even worse, like I had a load of air in my chest almost. It hurts sometimes but most of the time it's like I really need to throw up lol. I've had an occasion of like acid reflux where I've brought it up but not fully. Has been driving me mad lol! x x
