What is going on?

For my first 2 months TTC I did OPKs and I got positives for 2 days straight and a temp rise on the third day. Nice and straight forward!

On Thursday morning (2days ago) I got a really strong positive so thought I must be going to ovulate in the next couple of days.

Then I tested again on the evening and it was negative. Tested again twice on Friday (yesterday) and it was also negative. Temp rose a tiny bit this morning but not by my usual amount if id ovulated and then I just did an OPK that looks very nearly positive!

What on earth is going on?!

Could be ur body geared up to ovulate and failed and then went again just bd to make sure xx

Yeah will definitely BD today. Did it Monday, Wednesday and Thursday so gave hubby a days rest but will be expecting some later haha.

Negative last night and positive again this morning!! Ahhhh.

I think you can get false positives with fmu as it's very concentrated - I have had strong positives with fmu when I'm nowhere near ov time so don't think they were true positives. I'm going to start testing in the afternoon/evening only to avoid this as it's confusing!

I think that's what it must be. It's just so odd that i tested with FMU for the last 2 months and it wasn't ever even nearly positive until I ovulated. Weird!
