Hi guys, I've thought for a while that my temps are lower than normal and that I might have low progesterone or something. Just wondering if any of you guys can tell me what is actually classed as low btts?

My recent pre-ov temps have been around 96.6 - 97.3 (about 35.8 - 36.3)
My post-ov temps have been about 97.3 - 97.9 (about 36.3 - 36.6)

I also have really long and irregular cycles. :(

Hi. Those temps are in the normal range. As long as you are having a clear temp shift and your temps remain raised for the leutal phase u are good. Do u have a link to your chart?

Oh that's good to know thanks! :) Yep i have had clear temp shifts and sustained temps I just thought they were lower than they should be. My chart link is in my signature, the latest doesn't show ov yet (I think I ov'd yesterday) but the one below does x

Had a look and yeah definate temp shift and sustained leutal phase. My charts have jumpy temps too. If u google 'tcoyf galleries' there are plenty charts in the pregnant section that are jumpy too.

My temps are about that too. Always get the shift but I always worried if too low. My thyroid is fine but I do spot and progesterone seems lowish so wonder myself if it's related. The clinic wondered I ov but am sure I do due to temps.

I'm sure they are fine as I guess bbt varies between people xx

Hi Timtam, I posted in another section worried about temps being too high! I start off around 37.3 and go up to 37.8 (highest 38.4), but i think like its said here, its the shift that matters, not what your baseline is. At least I hope so, that I am slowly boiling to death!
