I do lots of things,
Legs in Air after sex, crossed as well along with pelvis resting on a pillow
Magic medicine for 5 days leading up to fertile period
Lots and lots of sex as soon as AF leaves all the way up to my fertile period so there is plenty inside
BD every 2nd day after my fertile period
Excersize proven fact it helps blood flow and increases fertility chances
Lots of omega 3, folic acid, (been taken the sanatogen supplement)
Take my mind off trying to conceive by doing DIY or overtime at work
Plenty of me time, (hair appointments, getting nails done, massages, swimming with the girls in an evening)
Cut down on tea!!! only 1 cup a day
Piling my plate high with vegetables!!!
Cut out cakes etc as there is a type of fat that has proven to affect fertility
Drinks loads of water and look after myself alot more.
I have cut down to one day a month drinking alcohol!
Plenty of sleep or naps, so I am nice and rested.
Remember your body has to be in the right mode to get pregnant in the first place
