What are you keeping in case you have another baby?

Or what did you keep? I want to keep nappies and the slings and pram, but I don't know what I should try to give away or sell. I don't have enough room to keep everything, but I don't know where to draw the line. Jacob is starting to get too old or big for a few things, and soon it will be more. I am all for recycling or reusing and I don't want to have to buy everything all over again, but have no idea whether I will be having another baby anytime soon, anyway! (I plan to, but it could be years from now.)

The clothes that we really liked.
The slings/carriers.
The buggy (the pram is going as soon as she's grown out the car seat, I don't like it at all)
Nappies
Moses basket and cot (we have a crib that was donated to us but have nowhere to keep it, tbh I'd keep this over the basket if I could)
Bath (tummy tub has to go back to SIL)
Muslins etc
Some toys but not all

I think that list seems similar to what I think I will keep, but I am even thinking selling or giving away my bamboozles if I get one size nappies for his next stage... The problem is I can be a hoarder and I am scared I will regret it!

I kept everything that wasn't stained, but I knew that we were going to be TTC again within a year so there was no point getting rid of anything.

Already sold my travel system as i found it to be too bulky for my liking.

I kept everything that wasn't stained. Everything! Thankfully we have a 3 bedroom house with a big loft, but also we didn't go crazy to start with so didn't have too much stuff. People keep asking what we need for baby this time around and literally we don't need anything! Except if baby is a boy, then we'll need boys clothes!

Well I guess I need to have baby number 1 first, but we bought the car seat, nursery furniture, and pushchair with re-usability in mind, and the fact that they would suit either sex......although all the current clothes we have are blue so unless we have another boy are pretty useless.

Im also looking into baby bouncers and bits that can be used by both sexes too.

Unfortunately I dont have years to decide whether or not to have another child - I shall be 35 shortly after having this one and DH turns 41 this week, so a year or so maximum if we do decide to have another (will see how this one goes first ).

I will need to sneak everything up the loft as ive not convinced Brian we need another baby yet. I think its the thought of the people carrier putting him off

I have kept everything! My mum has been storing it all for me at her house. The only things I need to buy this time is a double buggy, moses basket and clothes

We've kept most things: Travel system, Swing, Playgym, Mobile, Toys, Bath, Moses Basket and then we've kept all our favourite clothes (which is loads!) and all of the neutral stuff too. We will need all the stuff again (maybe not girly pink clothes) so might aswell keep them just incase!

I have sold some new clothes and clothes that we werent really keen on but kept most other things! x

Everything! I just don't have the heart to get rid of anything! At least, not yet.
This passed 7 months has gone far too quickly i think i'd be far too upset if i shipped things out! Lol
I cried when she outgrew 0-3 month stuff!

We've got 2 of a lot of things due to unexpected gifts

So we'll keep:
1 moses basket
1 bouncy chair
1 play mat

The toys we'll keep - also bedding, baby towels, clothes still in good condition, baby bath and changing mats (need somewhere to store them all )

The travel system and cot we'll keep for now as well because Farooq will still be using them hopefully as we want to TTC no#2 anywhere from the next 6months - 1.5years so it doesn't make sense to throw anything out Most of it is unisex anyway

I've also kept everything in the loft, and it's all in good condition. I threw away stained clothes but still have about 6 bags of newborn-12 month old clothes up there! We have bought a new pram because I didn't like the one we had for Amber when she was newborn, but like Becky, we won't need anything else unless it's a boy in which case we'll need some boy's clothes!

We are planning on TTC again very soon so I'm keeping everything. Luckily we stayed team green for Poppy so all the baby sleepsuits and vests etc are all white or beige so will be ok for us whether we have a girl or a boy next time.

Anything that I used a lot I am keeping- the minimal use stuff is just clutter so I'm getting rid -swimging baby seat, cradle, lots of dresses we just didn't use them much!

I remember clearing out Isaac's baby things, up to age 6months, and even after giving away bags, I still had roguhly 5bin liners full left It's so hard, I cannot give them away, but with expecting a number 2 soon after, we were happy in that we may have re-used them, I do know I've got their first outfits/gro's ina special place, and looking back at the clothes brings bak so many memories, its beautiful Most things we've re-used with Ophelia
