We're getting a new house! PICS INCLUDED

Well after weeks of searching, viewing and arguing, we have found a house we both love! It's back in my home town of Hastings, so means an hour commute back here for OH, but the money we would save means we can leave there for a year and get ourselves debt free and have savings towards buying a house. (We're paying £650 here in rentfor a 1 bed flat, this is £750 for 4 bed 2 reception house!)

So this is our new little pad. It's on 3 floors GF- Kitchen and dining area, decked garden, dining room and living room. FF - 2 Double bedrooms 1 with en suite shower room, 1 WC, family bathroom TF - 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a further en suite shower rooms (so no excuse for not washing in this house!)
