Weight loss/exercise after a c-section

Its been 10days since my c-section and Im feeling quite good, not too much pain and im fully mobile and able to potter round the house and walk around etc.

Since weighing myself last monday Ive gone from 13st to 12st 6lb this morning, so over half a stone in a week. I am expressing, so think this has helped weight loss too.

I want to get to 10st 7lb tho quick as poss.

How have other c section mums managed to shift their baby weight? I know weve got to take exercise steady but there are certain ones we can do arent there?

Also how did u shift it diet wise and how quickly? Just being nosey but it helps to see how ppl cope in similar situations.

I dont know hun i got pregnant when Kiara was 8 months and still had most my baby weight on.
Not sure there is much you can do till you heal completely except short walks and eating healthy .
