Weening off nipple shields

Well I have been bf Harry using shields for almost 2 weeks now and I would like to try doing it without. I try taking it off halfway through a feed and he can sometimes latch on but it's like as soon as he realises its not there he stops. Does anyone have anymore tips for how I can try and feed him without them? If not I am going to a baby cafe when they reopen on 7th jan so I may just hold off till then xxx

Co-bathing helped C relax and also laid back nursing. The more you offer the more it will become second nature for him xx
