Weekly Shop - how much do you spend??

WOW thats alot.

i spend about £30 a week on the shop. just me and riley to buy for though, and i never usually get to eat much

From reading all these posts, i now know that we have to make a few changes when it comes to our weekly shop. We are spending far to much. and we waste so much food that we hae bought fresh and just not botherd cooking.
I think we just buy for the sake of it or because it looks nice at the time.

We spend between 80-100 pounds a week on shopping, that includes nappys ect and thats for 6 of us and a dog
