Most things are sorted but I've yet to finalise my DJ or car. Considering the wedding's in May I need to get my bottom into gear!!

Where are you up to?

I love the dress!!!! It is gorgeous!! Mine had similar bodice and sleeves but my skirt was chiffon layers.

Good luck with the planning...can't wait to see other peeps pics, I love weddings.

hope your other half doesnt check the board lol

i was getting proper nervous this time last year ! my annoversary is in 5 weeks ! plnned our whole wedding in 4 months , fairly short time really compared to most !

Love the dress  & the shoes & the tiara.......how exciting :cheer:

We only had a small wedding.....so not too much planning was required (& my mom & MIL took over most of that  ).......

....I do need to plan the party we're having in September for our friends though, as we only had close family at the wedding, so will celebrate a few months after the baby get here :cheer: So I'll be planning that for 1st September - haven't even started to plan it yet though....so should maybe at least try to secure a venue soon

I know a good DJ..........oh..... he's busy taking your photos ;)

Get him to cook the food too and you're all sorted

Lovely dresses ladies!

Chaelihol - that train is stunning! I kinda like the sleeves, but can imagine it'll look lovely without too. Will you be having a church wedding?

Sassy - I tried a dress similar to that on (Alfred Angelo) and the side-ruching is SO flattering, I loved it (but my purse didn't :( ) What made you decide to go on Ebay? I was so worried about problems with it turning up!

Happy - get your OH to pull his finger out of his bum, we want WEDDINGS!!!! :cheer: Is there any way of talking him round??

How's about you married ladies share dress pics? I just LOVE wedding gowns

Hmm he's coming round to the idea slowly!!

We've been engaged 2 years now the little monkey! hehe

Me and the oh were planning on getting married this year in august but i don think it will be happening now as we havent the money but im hoping it will definately be this year and i was looking forwards to it and all. Mindue i was considering just booking the registry office and and then asking friends and family and maybe think on having a big get together when we have the money or does it not sound a good idea???? :?

well everything else is dead cheap on there and my mate who's a dressmaker said the lady who's dress she was altering got it very cheap off ebay and it was gorgeous,

so had a look, the sellers feedback is spot on too so im not too concerned about it 8)

Sounds a great idea Flossy. My mum suggested that to me as we dont have the money?!

My Gran & Grandad have promised me £1000 when we get married... some sort of bribe I think as they dont agree with living together and not being married....
