I've decided to do a combination of TW and BLW (will do BLW when lo is around 6 months) However lo is looking for food now but I'm going to hold her off for a couple more weeks.

When I start weaning do I have to start with rice or can I go straight to fruit and veg?? I will be making all my own food as jars are too expensive and I think it will be healthier if I make lo's food, does anyone have recipe ideas??

    Thanks muchly xx

Forget the baby rice, it can be bland and have sugar in, I think there is a link going about on here about how rubbish baby rice can be. Puree fruit and veg is far taster and has more nutrients plus if your doing it yourself you know exactly what's in it.
