Hi ladies,
I started weaning Emily 3 weeks ago, been told to progress quite quickly and now give her mashed up food instead of purees. She'll be 6 months on Sunday. So she'll be able to have most things.
I have to say I enjoyed feeding her but I'm really anxious about not doing it right, or racking my brains trying to think of things to give her. I've resorted to Ella's kitchen pouches a few times. She seems to really enjoy fruit but she's not so sure about veg. I called my HV the other day and she said to mash stuff up, she doesn't actually help me with any ideas and just tells me how wonderful I am and doing a great job. That's lovely but I need more than that.
So does anyone have any ideas on stuff I could start cooking? Things that are quite quick and easy to make as I'm finding I don't have alot of time, or energy especially since she's been waking up multiple times in the night for the last 3 weeks :/
Thanks in advance - I'm losing sleep over this
