Weaning and signs

Finley seems very happy breast feeding at the moment and is putting on weight. I really just wanted to know what made you decide to start weaning and the signs that your babies showed. I guess it becomes obvious when they are really ready through knowing your own baby!

Olivia wa feeding alot still after a growth spurt which lasted a few weeks, got frustrated and woke alot in the night

when the feeds start becoming more regular and when they watch every single thing you put in your mouth & get ratty about it. i f ound these were the tell tell signs for me.

Ruby is doing that now, and I feel she is ready for weaning-she is still sleeping through night rom 11pm but I just know she is ready. we are starting her on baby rice tomorrow, followed by purrees over the next week or so
