We very nearly didn't tho coz the sellers solicitors a stupid cow!!! We had to exchange by 1600 & at 5mins to, their solicitor decided she didn't like the wording on one of the clauses 
luckily our solicitor managed to get an extension & we exchanged 
I'm feeling quite sad tho. because we don't really want to move (DH'd job relocating) and I won't know anyone & won't be near my friends & family
but i'm excited too as we'll be in a bigger house with a nice big garden
