walkers?

My mom never used them for any of my bro's as she thought it would affect the way they walk later! I am interested though in getting my LO a walker I think he would be happy as he gets really excited if I hold him and make him walk some steps!
But I don't know what type of walker is the best and for how long is it ok for them to be in it!?

Our LO had a walker at 5 months, loved it.
Used it up untill walking at 10 months then it was pointless....later walkers might use it for longer
Switched to a few push along type walkers/toys.
I don't think LO's use anything for too long at all!!

That sounds great! so maybe a walker would help them walk faster! I hope my LO walks before this other baby arrives LOL!

Calleigh has a walker but she still cant get it to move far

I LOVE THEM! Faith loves her and will spend ages in it. I swear she could reverse park it! She is very fast and accurate with it! She follows me around, rams into my heels and like to watch the washing machine

Ours only moves on our kitchen floor though which is tiles so if you have all carpet make sure you get one that moves well on it

Harrison had one until 7 months when he could tip it over he used to love it though. Now he's got a push along one which doesn't interest him at all
